Aneladee Milne is the Co-founder of the Leadership Education Mentoring Institute (LEMI). She is also the founder and president of LEAP. She is the originator of the practice scholar projects and is one of the creators of The Key of Liberty, The Shakespeare Conquest and The Writing Mentor. She is also the founder of the first New Commonwealth School, South Davis Liber Academy.

Aneladee is the author of The New Commonwealth School and the co-author of exciting new book The Lost DaVinci’s, a mystery written for young home-schoolers. Aneladee is currently the Parent Mentor Trainer and Williamsburg Academy facilitator for her commonwealth school.

Being a graduate of George Wythe College and a current graduate student, she is passionately dedicated to the quest for knowledge and understanding so that wisdom and freedom can be spread to all seekers of truth.

Aneladee is a featured speaker at Youth for America. She loves the vivacious, creative minds of the youth of America today. Her greatest dream come true is to see her past students go out into the world and make a real difference.

Aneladee knows that her success in life is largely due to her devoted husband and father of their six children, Don. He has always encouraged her to live her dreams. She also knows that her own mother and father were great parent mentors. It was their tending and example that is her constant inspiration.

Ryan Sadler

Ryan Sadler is a 34 year old Canadian entrepreneur. He is the oldest of 8 children, has an Honors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Simon Fraser University and has been involved in Leadership Education for several years as a student, advocate and mentor. He has worked as a counselor for Youth For Freedom (YFF), and for Liber Youth Retreat in Canada. He as also spent several semesters as a Masters student in Political Economy at George Wythe College.

Professionally, Ryan works as a Business Technology Consultant, running his own firm in Canada. His love of learning began as a young child who's insatiable desire to learn has led him to study such fields as Computational Neuroscience, Aerial Robotics, Chaos Theory, Adult Literacy, Life Coaching, and the list goes on.

His favorite pastimes include Reading, Latin Dancing, Hiking and Snowboarding. His love of travel has taken him to many parts of the world, including Western Europe, Pakistan, Singapore and many parts of the US and Canada. Ryan is dedicated to fulling his dream of a school empowered to awaken an entire generation of genius superheros!
